WE ARE REDSQ

HELPING TO OVERCOME ADAPTIVE CHALLENGES IN INNOVATION

OUR MISSION

REDSQ (pronounced ‘red square’) was founded with a mission to accelerate innovation by redefining status quo within and beyond the enterprise, through two practices:

1. REDSQ Consulting: creatively surfacing conflicting perspectives across the Enterprise, synthesising the common purpose and disruptive opportunity, and leading design through execution;

2. REDSQ Innovation: putting money where our mouth is through start-ups, to facilitate growth of perspective and momentum of change.

…and three beliefs:

A. Strategic Balance | success is a considered balance of the benefit/impact to your people, your customers, and, your shareholders;

B. Fact Fuelled Debate | leverage the power of today’s dynamic data to replace personal belief with actual behaviour;

C. Open-Minded Curiosity | harvest thought diversity, respect and be curious of conflicting opinions knowing they are the essential ingredient for growth.

THOUGHT DIVERSITY IS THE FUEL FOR SUCCESS

Just like the hospital's A&E department, there is critical need for process and procedures. When these are exhausted and the problem still exists however, the more challenging role of responsive and adaptive test-and-learn treatment is required. This is where REDSQ aims to help, bringing credible thought diversity to the table, to facilitate the process of cause hypothesis with test and learn solutions that will help you adapt and overcome.
